Time is considered one of the greatest mysteries of the universe. But in many cases, the complexities of time have been reduced to the symbol of a clock, using numbers and arrows. We can say what time it is, but do we really know? Arrow of Time Theory states that time is seen sequentially, as a series of events that are leading toward something: beginning and an end, in a linear fashion. This project attempts to create work that allows the viewer to travel through unknown fictitious dimensions of space and time. By exploring abstract narratives that describe a more ephemeral, emotional, and contemplative experience of time as non-linear. By combining typography, poems, visuals, the viewer is invited to travel within the work to formulate their own encounters and imagination of the nature of space-time.
